Spring Fever

With summer - I mean, spring - abruptly deciding to grace us with its presence, I've been busy getting my gardens prepared.  I was lax on a few essentials last year, like my automatic watering system.  (Gardening without watering didn't make for a hugely successful garden, unfortunately)  This year I hope to have things in order from the start, make a few adjustments to where things are, and then watch it grow!  This will be my third season for my perennials, so here's hoping for a good year.

I'm a few weeks behind with pictures, but you'll have to bear with me, again.  I will need some time to sort through all my files and photos, which are currently shared between three computers and who knows how many jump drives.  I'll get there just as soon as I get my head above water, recovering from six months of lost files for work and adjusting to Windows 8 on my new laptop.

Stay tuned for Easter photos and a few snapshots of what's growing in the garden. (Not much, yet, but daffodils, coral bells, and forsythia popped out yesterday!)
