Otis Playing Fetch

OK, first stab at a you tube upload. It took forever! But, let's not worry about that right now...

Here's my little kitten playing fetch! I didn't train him to do this, it's just something he naturally started doing. (Not sure why!) This video was taken after about 20 minutes of playing fetch with him. He's starting to tire, although he continued for about another 20 minutes after this video! (Just a bit of energy to burn!)

We LOVE seeing Otis!! Thanks so much for sharing!! What a bright cat!! Our dogs better continue to practice fetching or they'll be left in the dust!

This blog began as a way to share some of my smaller, day to day moments with family and friends that I saw once or twice a year. Specifically, I wrote for my Grandma Rosemary. Few people in your life find even the smallest details of your day as remarkable as you do. She was one of those special people for me.

When she passed away in 2013, I struggled with my motivation to continue a lot of my crafts, quilting, and home-making hobbies that we both enjoyed. I've since found new inspiration in my beautiful nieces. Now, this blog continues as a tribute to my grandmother, in honor of her great grandchildren whose lives will continue to be touched by her in spirit, stories, and familial love.
