Happy New Year!!

I might do the obligatory review of 2010 and resolutions for 2011 at a later time. For now, here are pictures from our annual pork and 'kraut dinner at Zach's grandparents' house. Also, an early birthday cake for my hubby.

This blog began as a way to share some of my smaller, day to day moments with family and friends that I saw once or twice a year. Specifically, I wrote for my Grandma Rosemary. Few people in your life find even the smallest details of your day as remarkable as you do. She was one of those special people for me.

When she passed away in 2013, I struggled with my motivation to continue a lot of my crafts, quilting, and home-making hobbies that we both enjoyed. I've since found new inspiration in my beautiful nieces. Now, this blog continues as a tribute to my grandmother, in honor of her great grandchildren whose lives will continue to be touched by her in spirit, stories, and familial love.
