What a beautiful time of year!

This time of year is so exciting and refreshing for me. Spring seems to awaken me and bring me out of a somewhat dreary winter mood. The brightness of the spring "greens" and the flowers just add a smile to my face when I'm outside. The chirping of the birds keep me humming even when I'm inside. The long sunny days give me the impression of added hours to the day.

And this year, there are two very special and new events that make this spring even more exciting!

The first special event is the quickly approaching one year anniversary for Zach and I! How unbelievably fast this year has gone. I feel the moments of our wedding are still so vivid, that it couldn't possibly have taken place almost 365 days ago! Marriage is such a blessing.

The second special event will still remain a secret until official word comes within the next week or two. Zach and I are so excited for this next step in our lives together and can't wait to share the news with everyone! (Most of you who read this blog already know, but we're not considering it official until we actually know it's official!)
