Some of My Creations

I love sewing for new babies! It just puts a smile on my face when I use cute and colorful fabrics. Here a selection...

This is a cross-stitched and quilted piece for Carolyn Stum.

A cute dolphin quilt made for Marina Eshelman.

These are little puppy-dog bibs for Cameron Saunier.

My most recent quilt for Susan Clements' soon-to-be little one!

And although this one wasn't created for a baby, but rather for my husband, it's one of my most treasured quilts yet since I hand-quilted this!

This blog began as a way to share some of my smaller, day to day moments with family and friends that I saw once or twice a year. Specifically, I wrote for my Grandma Rosemary. Few people in your life find even the smallest details of your day as remarkable as you do. She was one of those special people for me.

When she passed away in 2013, I struggled with my motivation to continue a lot of my crafts, quilting, and home-making hobbies that we both enjoyed. I've since found new inspiration in my beautiful nieces. Now, this blog continues as a tribute to my grandmother, in honor of her great grandchildren whose lives will continue to be touched by her in spirit, stories, and familial love.
